Art images to appear on the wall in appropriate dimensions, clarity on file types

Right now, I’m seeing a stack of thumbnails on the left. The top image is of my art, and the thumbnails below this show the empty settings where my art should be placed.
*** This may be due to file type? Some were jog and others tiff. I uploaded 7 images, and only 2 are displaying art placed within thumbnails.
At this point, it doesn’t provide the basic image to create the ad.
Also, it would be nice if there were a few more options in the AI would automatically offer settings with the best color schemes to match it. There should be a place to put in the artworks dimensions so it is appropriately rendered whenever it actually does begin rendering.
I’m not sure if this is a bug. - no mockup, just empty settings.

Hey Juliette Cove, is this still an active issue for you? Artwork image should automatically be rendered on the room mockups. If it's not, can you share with me your browser, browser version, and device details.

Jovana Toljagic The issue seems to be FILE TYPE. Most of the images uploaded were from a folder of tiff files. When I uploaded the same images as jpgs instead, art began to appear in the room mockups. Room mockups did not render with tiff, only jpg(though art helper accepts tiff files)
I am on an iPad Air. (I do not use a desktop computer, don’t have one, don’t want one. - I prefer the freedom of a lightweight iPad.)
