Import images from Artstorefronts website
planned

We want our ArtStorefronts member users to be able to easily import their images with titles and short descriptions from their ArtStorefronts website to ArtHelper. The benefit of this is time saving in not having to manually re-upload everything in Arthelper again.
Requirements:
- Ability to import images from ArtStorefronts website (site manager) with titles and short descriptions
- Ability to select specific store(s)/folder(s)/image(s) to import to ArtHelper
- Ability to sync images to ArtHelper when uploading them for the first time in ArtStorefronts website
- Ability for the imported product URLs to be included in the spark results (e.g. include a direct product link in a facebook post)
Questions for the community
- Any other requirements that you'd need?
- How much time would this feature save you?

That's great for works we already have published. But the reverse is equally, if not more important, so for new works we could have AH populate those fields with the content we approve.

This would be great. The big deal for me is to have one consistent workflow: I think the best choice might be to be able to create all (including images, mock ups, details, titles, descriptions etc) in Art Helper and then be able to import to Art Store fronts site (ideally without cut and paste, but direct link). The simpler the work flow the better -

Needing to add prints one-by-one to use Spark is cumbersome. This might be OK for new users, but for your established clientele it adds much friction to use arthelper.ai fully.

I want to be able to pull down images from my ASF catalog and edit the metadata from ArtHelper.ai and automatically save them back to ASF catalog.

Updating the ArtStorefronts website with the changes applied in arthelper.ai would be needed.

Agree. It's a wonderful tool and very good for new works, but tedious for existing items.
