Organizing Images

We want to give our users an ability to organize uploaded images. The benefit of doing this is being able to quickly and easily find one image in hundreds of uploaded artwork.
Requirements
- Ability for the user to organize uploaded images in folders
- Ability for users to move images from one folder to another
Questions for the community:
- Folders or Tags, or both? Instead of using traditional folders, we're considering a tagging system. Main benefits is that one image can be a part multiple categories. E.g. and image of an African Wildcat can be tagged with a broad tag 'Animals' but also with a tag 'Cats'. Or you might even want to tag it as 'Watercolour'. Or do you prefer organizing images using folders, where one image can only be in one folder?
- If you prefer folders to organize your pieces, would you need sub-folders as well?
- Any other requirements that you'd need?

Now you can create custom folders to organize your artwork! Simply:
- Create folders for different collections or styles
- Drag and drop images between folders
- Easily navigate your growing art library
We've added several ways to better organize your pieces:
- Display and edit titles directly from the dashboard
- Sort by filename, title, or date added
- Filter by tags to quickly find specific artwork
- Bulk select to move or delete multiple images at once

YES! that would be great - even better if there was a way to integrate with Google, Canva folders, images. That would so simplify life. Moving and keeping track of images from one platform to another can be very cumbersome

Both if possible, but I'm good with either one. Tags for subject matter and folders to indicate Etsy images vs. ASF vs. something else, or to distinguish images I've completed working with or still in progress.

I currently have almost 20 images sitting in the Arthelper 'box'. I am currently re-evaluating them in the Pro version and making some changes (both to the im,ages and the supporting updated Spark Info.
As I progress through these, I am losing track on which are completed and ready to release vs. the ones I still need to finalize. Visually, folders would be great for me, but if the same can be done with custom tags I think I could work with that. So, pease help as soon as you can... I am a bit overhewlmed here.
