Q4 support - have art helper focus on the "top 5" images
Mary Planding
It would be great if we would be able to identify as a "global" setting, which are the top 5 paintings or photographs that we want to be focused on for Q4 - per the Q4 strategy suggestions. PLUS If we could change that each additional quarter so that we didn't have to keep typing these instructions in over and over again. That's because ArtHelper doesn't always remember previous conversations despite referring back to them as I've experienced over the past few months. (Not sure if I'm being clear enough so ask away if need be.)

Most AI platforms have memory as an option. I enabled it on ChatGPT a long time ago and it still recalls things. I assumed ArtHelper had that when we trained the assistant if this isn't the case we need to know that.

Mark Brown I find that it doesn't always remember - see Bruce's comment below. I even find it contradicting itself within a conversation. And if prompted to recall, it says it does, but it doesn't always.
Mostly, what would be most helpful is having different custom rules for different niches would save me a lot of time. Because certain language / keywords / messages work well with one niche and not with another. Motivations are different, attitude toward art is different, use of art, life stages, etc. Not to mention classic demographic info, especially financial means. The more targeted the message and language is, the more effective it can be.
I've found ArtHelper to be enormously helpful and I'm grateful for what it can do. My comment is a suggestion for improvement to make it even better.

I've experienced that too Mary where a subject was discussed for several hours or several days, and then you come back to it and then it kind of repeats the previous discussion and I have to tell it that, Hey, we're not on this subject now, we finish that. And now let's move on to something else, and it'll come back- Oh, I apologize. That's right. We're doing this now. But still I love it. And it's really helped me a lot. So I'm going to keep using it because it works great.
