It would be nice to be able to be able rearrange the Sparks for my profile so that I can put the ones I use regularly near the top (in some sort of workflow order, maybe?) and the ones I don't use near the bottom. Thanks!

Yes... or at least automatically move each users most clicked on Sparks to the top of the list.
