And it's not just words. It's also sentences, and phrases, tenses, and voice. It doesn't matter how many times I set a rule, it ignores it. So frustrating I've stopped trying. That's why I asked if we could have sets of overarching "Custom Rules" that could apply across an entire portfolio, or to apply to specific groups of works, etc. I think that would work better than this 1-off thing that's in place now where we have to constantly retype the same custom rules over and over again.

Mary Planding oh my gosh Mary I'm having the same problem! Our helper says that my work is light and airy and happy and I actually did it when I was in a time of my life where I wasn't happy and airy and playful and etc I guess it appears that way but then they gave a title that I don't know how to change! I think it's wonderful I think this program is wonderful but I have no idea how to work it or work with it

Paula Andros-brugh I haven't, sadly. But then I haven't been using it much at all. I'm on "my voice" but it doesn't seem to help very much. Granted, I haven't tried very hard because I've been using other tools that I have found to be more productive.
